Brooke plays a vital role in keeping Formation PR & Brand on track. As operations coordinator, Brooke ensures everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly—managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with vendors, and fine-tuning processes so clients experience efficient, reliable service.
Brooke’s experience in healthcare, nonprofits, and professional development settings has built her expertise in team support and operational systems. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and a master’s degree from East Carolina University.
Outside the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring Western North Carolina’s hikes and mountain towns, and planning her next Disney adventure.
